2. Products & Orders

All farm products are subject to availability and seasonal harvest conditions. We make every effort to display products accurately, but natural products may vary in appearance, size, and color from the images shown. An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected error or fraud.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for paying the full amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and delivery fees, at the time of purchase.

4. Delivery & Pickup

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address or collection point you specified. Please inspect perishable items upon receipt and contact us promptly with any concerns.

5. Venue Bookings

Venue bookings at The Oak Barn are subject to a separate booking agreement and deposit requirements. Availability shown on the website is indicative and is only confirmed once a booking agreement is signed. The hirer is responsible for the conduct of their guests and for any damage caused to the venue during the event.

6. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a farm product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Perishable goods may not be returned, but we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund. Venue booking cancellations and refunds are governed by the terms of your booking agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Yoana or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
